Hello Kombucha Summit community! Only a month to go until Virtual Kombucha Summit kicks off and we would like to introduce our Powered By partner to you. We are very excited to have CDR KombuchaLab from Italy joining us next month. We had a chance to ask them a few questions about their business and their outlook on the Kombucha market in general.
CDR KombuchaLab is an innovative system for the analysis of Kombucha, which is used to optimise the production process obtaining results in real time.
It can be used in all production phases from the beginning of fermentation to the bottling of the finished product.
With CDR KombuchaLab you can perform a complete in-house quality control obtaining real time results of analyses in order to promptly take the best decisions during the fermentation process avoiding dangerous organoleptic deviations.
The reagents are pre-filled and ready to use and it is not necessary to handle toxic or carcinogenic agents or to use laboratory tools. If you need help, the help function will lead you through the analysis process “Step by Step”. You can perform the tests not only in laboratory, but also at production line, even by anyone with no experience in laboratory techniques.
CDR KombuchaLab Analyses:
We officially launched CDR KombuchaLab in April 2020. After the big success in the beverage sector with CDR WineLab®, CDR BeerLab® and CDR CiderLab, we are presenting now the new system for analysis on Kombucha.
The idea to develop a specific analysis system for Kombucha came from the increase of the production of this beverage and the continuous requests that we received in recent times.
We want to support kombucha brewers during their production process and to check the quality of their final product. CDR KombuchaLab helps producers to improve the quality of kombucha optimising the production process with ease, speed and accuracy.
To get in touch with even more kombucha brewers. To learn more about the Kombucha market. To explain the main advantages of CDR KombuchaLab during the virtual show. To increase the brewers knoledge about the importance of the chemical analyses.
Thanks a lot to CDR KombuchaLab for their support and we're looking forward to welcoming them for the Virtual Kombucha Summit in four weeks! Stay tuned for more interviews in the coming days and weeks!
