What does CDR KombuchaLab do and what is your role in the company?
CDR KombuchaLab is an innovative system for the analysis of Kombucha, which is used to optimise the production process obtaining results in real time.
It can be used in all production phases from the beginning of fermentation to the bottling of the finished product.
With CDR KombuchaLab you can perform a complete in-house quality control obtaining real time results of analyses in order to promptly take the best decisions during the fermentation process avoiding dangerous organoleptic deviations.
The reagents are pre-filled and ready to use and it is not necessary to handle toxic or carcinogenic agents or to use laboratory tools.
If you need help, the help function will lead you through the analysis process “Step by Step”.
You can perform the tests not only in laboratory, but also at production line, even by anyone with no experience in laboratory techniques.

Since when have you been following the Kombucha market and why?
We officially launched CDR KombuchaLab in April 2020. After the big success in the beverage sector with CDR WineLab®, CDR BeerLab® and CDR CiderLab, we are presenting now the new system for analysis on Kombucha.
The idea to develop a specific analysis system for Kombucha came from the increase of the production of this beverage and the continuous requests that we received in recent times.
What role does your business want to play in the Kombucha market with its products?
We want to support kombucha brewers during their production process and to check the quality of their final product. CDR KombuchaLab helps producers to improve the quality of kombucha optimising the production process with ease, speed and accuracy.
What are your expectations in exhibiting at the Kombucha Summit?
