We're very excited to announce Hannah Crum as our speaker at the Kombucha Summit in October! Hannah will share the journey of how Kombucha Brewers International (KBI) came into being, its achievements in just 5 short years and what the future holds for the Kombucha industry.
Hannah Crum, The Kombucha Mamma, founded Kombucha Kamp in 2004. She and partner Alex LaGory are longtime educators and Kombucha advocates. In 2014, to further their mission of "changing the world, one gut at a time," they founded Kombucha Brewers International (KBI) where Hannah serves as President. Spreading KBI’s mission to promote and protect Kombucha worldwide, Hannah has been a featured speaker at business conferences, roundtables and on television as the leading expert in Kombucha.
KBI provides education, research, lobbying and more to support commercial producers as well as connect with affiliate members to support our industry. KBI's website provides best practices, info sheets and FAQs. The Member Forum includes all presentations from KombuchaKon, KBI's Draft Standards Manual, Educational Webinars, and loads of resources for all levels of brewers. KBI also organizes KombuchaKon, the industry conference for Kombucha producers from around the world featuring educational sessions, networking opportunities and an ever expanding trade show. The 7th Annual KombuchaKon will happen April 2-3, 2020 at the Westin Long Beach in California, USA. Visit kombuchabrewers.org for more details.
We are looking forward to Hannah's talk and having KBI on board for the Kombucha Summit!
